Your Bill

You will receive a separate bill from Liberty for the services of our anesthesiologist. Depending on the treatment you’ve received, your bill may also list items such as “Acupuncture Needles” or other supplies.

Most insurance plans will pay for some or all of our fees. Not all insurance plans accepted by your medical facility are accepted by Liberty Anesthesia. Please familiarize yourself with the anesthesia provisions of your plan. If you have any questions regarding insurance participation, contact our billing office and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining this information. As a courtesy, we will also file your insurance claims; however, we are not responsible for collecting payment…that is ultimately your responsibility.
